The Oula Connection Class is for EVERYONE!We will be dancing to celebrate each and every one of us, including those attending Empowerment Weekend! No previous Oula experience is necessary to attend.
What is Oula?Oula merges high-intensity cardio with easy-to-follow choreography, mindfulness practices, and a culture of inclusivity — all to an energetic pop soundtrack. Every Oula class empowers participants to challenge their bodies and process their emotions through music, movement, and, most importantly, a community connection.
Where is class?
The Wave Aquatic + Fitness Center, 1250 Baker Ave Ste 100, Whitefish, MT 59937. The Wave needs a waiver for entry...head to https://www.whitefishwave.com/ and click 'sign waiver' at the bottom right of the site.
What do I need to bring? Comfortable clothes you can move in (but won't get hung up as you move), a yoga mat if you have one (we'll have some available), water, and an open heart!
What else do I need to know? Finally, please be sure to complete the Connection Class Liability + Photo Release prior to class. And arrive a little early to get checked in, check out the merch, and chat with your pals!
