    Oula Dance Choreographer

    Compensation: $75/song, $15/hr for administrative tasks

    Position Overview

    As an Oula Choreographer, you will create original choreography that embraces feelings, fitness, and fun. You will embody innovation and collaboration, and demonstrate knowledge of fitness, dance, and the mind-body connection in your process. You will work most closely and coordinate with the Choreography Team, Instructor Support Department Steward and Oula leadership.

    Instructor Certification & Retention Coordinator

    Compensation: $15/hr

    Position Overview

    The Certification Coordinator serves as the heart of our instructor community, ensuring every Oula instructor feels genuinely supported, connected, and celebrated throughout their certification journey. This role combines administrative detail with relationship-building nuance, proactively nurturing our instructor family while managing the technical aspects of certification, recertification, and retention processes.
