Oula Empowerment Weekend + Instructor Training

This weekend is designed for those who wish to explore the Oula experience in detail, for those seeking a deeper connection to themselves and their community through music and movement, and for those wanting to be future guides in Oula – whether as phenomenal participants or as instructors.

During our time together, our focus is on growth, love, expansion, and leadership. Do you feel that spark inside of you? Are you ready to build it into a fire? Join us as we take you on a journey of empowerment – toward greater self-love and personal power, toward finding your voice and singing your song, toward genuine connection and community.

The Oula Empowerment Weekend explores the following elements:

• the philosophy and story of Oula and its creation and evolution
• the Oula triangle - music, movement, and authenticity
• tools for learning choreography quickly and efficiently
• how to be vulnerable and model that for participants for mind-body health
• bravery and support in sharing our stories through the music and movement

DATES + LOCATIONS:

Denver, CO
Carla Madison Rec Center
Saturday, September 23: 8:00am-6:00pm
Sunday, September 24:  8:00am-4:00pm

CERTIFICATION:

At the end of the weekend, you'll have the option to fill out our Oula license agreement and pay the annual Oula instructor license fee of $275. This fee can be paid as a one time payment of $275 or monthly installments of $25/month. Once certified, you'll:

• have access to Oula's complete choreography library with over 650 songs (and counting!)
• be added to the Oula Instructor Family Facebook group, where you can connect with mentors and peers for community support
• receive the weekly Instructor Insider newsletter with great tips from seasoned instructors and insider info from Oula HQ
• and receive 15% off all Oula Shop purchases!

Attendance of this weekend is worth 1.6 ACE CECs.

COVID-19 POLICY:

In an effort to keep others well, rapid testing is expected of all attendees on Friday afternoon, and Saturday / Sunday mornings prior to arrival, regardless of vaccination status.  

SCHOLARSHIPS:

Oula strives to create safe and inclusive spaces for all, and commits to the process of each individual, meeting them exactly where they are. If cost is a barrier to you spending the weekend with us, please don't hesitate to apply for one of our scholarships.

REFUND POLICY:

Empowerment Weekends are non-refundable. If you sign up and are unable to attend, your deposit can be used toward any of our other Oula experiences within a year from purchase date. Please contact us at info@oulafitness.com if you need to reschedule or have any questions.
