1. If you want to share a bed - make sure you coordinate with your buddy and enter their name in the registration. We know that sharing a bed is for good friends so we will not be pairing bedmates.
2. If you know your roommate(s) you will want to list them too. If you don't, no worries we will pair you with a roommate.
3. Fill out the registration (link below)!
4. Once you submit, you will be redirected to pay a $300 deposit. Both 3 + 4 are required to be fully registered!
5. Make sure your passport is up to date!
6. Book flights! We will request this as we get closer to planning transportation.
7. Get excited!

Regarding registration...

Do I have to know my bedmate or roommate before signing up? Yes, you will need to know your bedmate before signing up. We are all friends in Oula, but sharing a bed is unique to really good friends. Please plan to have that ready when you register. If you are open to sharing a room with anyone, you can note that as well when you register.

What do I have to pay when I register? We require a $300 deposit to officially reserve your spot when you register.

When do I have to pay the rest? Following your registration, we will send an invoice to pay the remainder by December 15, 2024. You may choose to pay anytime prior to the 15th.

Can I set up a payment plan? Yes! If you would like to set up a plan for the remainder, once we send the invoice, let us know and we can plan for that.

When does registration close? Registration will close on December 15th. This will give us time to get you all the details and for us to make some super fun customized surprises for you!

How long will discounts last? We have an early bird discount of $50 off until September 15th.

But will it be cheaper at any point? Nope!

Is Oulacation refundable? Oula experiences such as Oulacation, Camp Oula, Empowerment Weekends, etc., are non-refundable. If you sign up and are unable to attend, your funds can be used toward any of our other Oula experiences within a year from the purchase date. Please contact us at info (at) oulafitness.com if you need to reschedule or have any questions. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your registration based on availability your deposit will be returned to you.

What if I have an experience credit I'd like to apply? Email hq (at) oulafitness.com and we'll get you all squared away!

Regarding travel...

When should I book my flights? We recommend you take a look at flights when you register, this time of year is busy so flights tend to go up. You can also set up a flight alert with google or another site.

Where should I fly into? Fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN). That is where we will provide transportation.

What time should I arrive? Flight times can vary based on your starting airport. We are able to be at the villa beginning at 3pm so if you can arrive around then, you won't have to spend a bunch of time at the airport. However there is a restaurant right outside the arrivals where you can hang out.

How do we get to the villa? We will be arranging transport from the airport. Depending on arrival schedules we may do a few different trips.

Regarding lodging...

What are my options? You can have your own king size room, share a king size bed, have your own bed in a double queen room or share a queen in a double queen room...so 4 people in the room. 

How many people can go? It depends on the room configuration but around 34 people.

How do I choose my bedmates? Coordinate with the person you want to share a bed with and then there is a field to add their name when you register.

How do I choose my roommate? If you know who you would like to share a room with, you will be able to add that when you register, if you don't have a preference you can make note and we will find you a roomie.

Cell service? Yep! But we are in Mexico so it can be spotty at times.  Check your cell provider to be aware of any extra charges.

Wi-Fi? Yep! But we are in Mexico so it can be spotty at times. 

Will I have my own bathroom?Each room has a full bathroom and there are a few shared bathrooms between the villas.

Is there a place for my valuables? There are safes in each room, however we recommend you leave sentimental or costly valuables at home so you won't need to worry.

What do I need to bring? Yourself just as you are, and we'll send your packing list by January 10.

Regarding Oula...

Can I teach an Oula class? WE’D LOVE THAT! Instructor info (for solo or team-teaching!) will be collected in Jan 2025.

What kinda surface are we gonna be dancing on? We will play it by ear but have been told there are concrete surfaces for moving! 

Are other Oula experiences (Oulabration, Camp Oula, etc.) being planned for 2025? At this time we don't have any planned 

Regarding meals...

What are we gonna eat? This is vacation...so we have a chef that will prepare a variety of locally sourced meals.

What if I have specific dietary needs? We're happy to accommodate, so we'll collect info on dietary needs (including but not limited to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, keto) in Jan 2025.

Regarding everything else...

Do I need a passport? Yes you do! If you have one already, make sure it will be valid six months March 3, 2025. If not, you can apply with the US Department of State.

How will we get there? It is your responsibility to book your own flight to the Cancun International Airport (CUN). After that, we will get you from the hotel to the villa and back. 

What if my flight's delayed? Don't worry, we'll track your flight to make sure you don't get left at the airport.

What are we gonna do for five days? Get ready to experience  our community in paradise. Bring your full self and reconnect to you  among the fun, relaxed, unplugged energy that is Oulacation. We’ll roll out a detailed schedule in January, but look forward  a little bit of Oula each day, some fun activities and lots of relaxation.

Can my family come? Any Oulakins (current and future!) over the age of 18 are more than welcome at Oulcation.

Can participants come, or just instructors? ALL ARE WELCOME AT OULACATION!

Will alcohol be provided? We will be working with the villa on an optional drink package. More details will be shared as we know them. 

Can I bring marijuana or other drugs? We recommend you do not travel with any drugs that are not prescribed to you. Mexico has strict rules around drug possession. 

Is smoking allowed? There is NO smoking on the villa premises. 

Can I purchase this as a gift? Of course, and how sweet of you! Just add to cart, then type the name of the recipient in the order notes so we can apply the registration cost to the correct Oulakin.
