Connection: Guiding the Oula Experience

Unlock deeper connections and authentic expression in your classes with our immersive workshop. This session is designed for experienced instructors to explore the power of modeling vulnerability, encouraging participants to be their authentic selves, and connect with self and others on a deeper level. Learn how to hold space for emotional processing and foster a supportive and transformative environment.

In this full-day workshop, you’ll engage in hands-on activities such as playlist creation, sharing personal stories, connecton through eye contact, and embodying emotions through movement. Participants will attend a Connection Class, practice techniques, and receive individualized feedback, all supported by a comprehensive training manual. By the end of the day, you’ll be equipped to create a safe and empowering space for your Oula participants.

REFUND POLICY:
