We asked the Oulaverse - where on Earth do you Oula? Lots of people wrote in about their awesome Oula locations! Here are just a few of the many answers we received.

Oula by the Ocean - South Portland, Maine

It’s not just cake by the ocean for Oula instructor Cholla in South Portland, Maine! In the summer, Cholla gives regular Oula demos on Willard Beach to new and veteran participants. She’s also got a bonus activity when the class is over - running into the ocean.

Oula at a Pride Parade - Boise, Idaho

My inner marching band geek loves this one - here is Oula at the downtown Boise Pride Parade! Oula instructor Carrie and her pals march and dance at Boise Pride every year. Says Carrie “It means EVERYTHING when people of all walks of life come together to celebrate PRIDE. 😍”

Oula in a Basement - Burnsville, Minnesota

Faith’s basement in Burnsville, Minnesota is a place where the laws of gravity don’t exist - at least as far as I can tell based on this photo. Faith dances almost daily in her basement - and her favorite part of her setup is her fun lights. I’m on a plane to Minnesota as soon as she invites me to her next house party!

Oula Power at the Y - Boise, Idaho

All the power in this photo could light up a medium city! Michelle holds a regular Oula Power class at the South Tomlinson YMCA. One of the best things about the space is the ability to open the garage doors when it’s hot!

Oula One at the Park - Tacoma, Washington

Seattle Oula One instructor Anna recently held a peaceful gentle Oula One class for her work colleagues in Wapato Park in Tacoma, Washington. In addition to Oula One, they did some research on the history of the area. Tualatin Indians settled by the lake each winter and the park is named after wapato, an edible tuber harvested in many PacNW indigenous communities. Sounds like a wonderful work event - are you hiring?

Oula Down Under - Havre, Montana

Oula instructor Danelle teaches at the Down Under Fitness Center in Havre. The room she teaches in was set up specifically for Oula, so you can bet this class was wonderful!

Oula in a Theatre - Missoula, Montana
- Heather will send this photo -

Is there a better place to do Oula than among a joyful group of friends celebrating a landmark birthday? Uh, yes. How about the landmark birthday and group of friends in a beautiful theatre in the birthplace of Oula? Wish happy birthday to our amazing Oula leader, Heather, next time you see her! Yes, it’s true her birthday was August, but when it’s a 50th birthday, you can extend wishes for at least three months :)
