 In 2024, Oula Fitness hosted empowerment weekends all across the country, from Portland, Maine, to Seattle, Washington, to Ithaca, New York. Empowerment Weekends are designed for those who want to explore the Oula experience in detail, seeking a deeper connection to themselves and their community through music and movement, as well as for those who want to be future guides in Oula, whether as phenomenal participants or as instructors. We’ll be announcing2025 Empowerment Weekends soon!

$1725.50 raised for B’s Scholarship Fund

The Oula Community experienced an incredible loss this year when one of our founding members, Bernice Brown Johnston, passed away. One of Bernice’s greatest contributions to Oula was to grow Oula through her enthusiastic, passionate, and sometimes hilarious participation, instruction, and leadership. Oula Fitness started a scholarship fund in her name to allow future instructors to attend trainings. So many thanks to all who donated! We’re stillaccepting donations.

35 attended Camp Oula and 33 have signed up for Oulacation!

This September35 Oulakins gathered in Lake Seeley, Montana, for the second-ever Camp Oula. Oula, Oula One, Oula Power, canoeing, hiking, firepit gathering, and star gazing were all on the table for this healing and energizing experience. And in 2025, Oulacation is starting up again with33 Oulakins on their way to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, for a relaxing and warm retreat. There’s stillone room available, could it be a perfect present to yourself? 

50 new Oula songs, 3 new Power releases, and 3 new Oula One releases

 Our choreographers have worked hard this year, bringing us movements that are a mix of fun, meaningful, challenging, and playful. Next time you see Oula choreographers Jenna, Lori, and Paisley; Oula One choreographer Jenna; or Oula Power choreographer Emilie, thank them for all they have done and continue to do!

20 instructors taught 626 classes in the Online Studio
