Online Oula Instructor Training

Sessions begin on the 1st and 15th of each month!

Getting certified to be an Oula instructor has never been more convenient with our self-guided, self-study Oula instructor training.

This online training course is set up to allow you to move through the modules at your own pace with live guidance and support from our amazing Oula training team.

You can take up to three months to complete the modules and submit the required tasks. 

• Music: Explore music - how to deepen your relationship with it, and how it communicates within the body at a subconscious level.

• Movement: Learn the nuances behind how and why Oula is created the way it is!

• Instructing:Learn about different kinds of cueing from the foundation to the alchemization!

• Safety + Class Prep: Learn the basics about how to keep yourself and your participants safe during class.

• Playlists: You will learn the magic behind Oula playlists and how to create your own playlists by following our very unique formula for cardio + catharsis + community building.

• Putting it all together: You will learn about Oula choreography, how to learn it, and how to teach it!

• Starting a class:Now that you know how to learn and teach a song, how do you get started with a class? We provide guidance on where to go from here!

• Certification:We provide you with resources and steps to become a leader in your community and empower people to experience fitness, feelings, freedom, and fun in a way they never have before.

Included in your purchase is:

• Three FREE months access to the Oula Online Studio ($60 value)

• The Oula Instructor Manual and a variety of additional helpful resources mailed to you for use during your training

Certification: Upon completion and submission of all assignments, you will have the option to fill out our annual license agreement and pay either an annual fee of $275 or enroll in our monthly withdrawal program of $25/month to gain access to our entire library of choreography, marketing materials, and our private Instructor Family Facebook group, and more.
